Terms of Service

Last updated: May 11, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Navira. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when you register and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

You must be eligible to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You may not share your account with others in a way that circumvents security or these Terms.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the service lawfully and responsibly. For example, you must not:

Use the service to break the law, violate others’ rights, or harm people or systems.

Attempt to probe, scan, or breach the security of the service or other users’ data.

Reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse the service in ways that interfere with its operation or other users’ experience.

Upload malware or use the service to distribute spam or harmful content.

We may investigate and take action—including suspending or terminating access—if we reasonably believe these rules are broken.

Subscription & billing

Navira is offered on a paid subscription basis. Fees, billing cycles, and payment methods are presented at checkout or in your account before you are charged. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method on the schedule you select.

Prices are shown in the currency and terms we display at the time of purchase. Taxes may apply where required. If a payment fails, we may retry or suspend access until payment succeeds, in line with in-product notices.

You can manage or cancel your subscription from Navira Settings → Subscription & Billing. Cancellation stops future charges; access typically continues until the end of your current billing period unless we say otherwise at the time of cancellation.

Free trial

We may offer a free trial (for example, 14 days) with full or stated access to the product. The trial terms shown when you sign up apply. If you are not asked for a payment method at the start of the trial, you will not be charged unless you choose to subscribe and add payment details.

When the trial ends, we will only bill you if you have explicitly subscribed under the terms we present at that time. If you take no action, your trial access may end without charge.

Service availability

We work to keep the service reliable and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The service may be unavailable for maintenance, upgrades, or events outside our reasonable control.

We may change, add, or remove features over time. Where changes materially affect you, we will use reasonable efforts to give notice (for example, in the product or by email).

Financial disclaimer

Navira provides tools and information to help you organize and understand your finances. It does not provide personalized financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Nothing in the service is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or product.

You are solely responsible for your financial decisions. We are not liable for losses or outcomes resulting from your use of the service or reliance on information shown in it. Consider consulting a qualified professional for advice specific to your situation.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except where such disclaimers are not allowed by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the service will not exceed the greater of (a) the fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim or (b) one hundred dollars (USD $100), except where the law does not allow such a cap.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, data, or goodwill, except where the law requires otherwise.

Termination

You may stop using the service and close your account at any time, subject to any steps we describe in the product.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, if we must do so for legal or security reasons, or if we discontinue the service in a manner we describe to you. Where reasonable, we will give notice before termination for breach so you can try to resolve the issue.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. If a change is material, we will provide additional notice (for example, by email or a notice in the product) where the law requires or where we consider it appropriate.

Continued use of the service after the effective date of updated Terms means you accept the changes. If you do not agree, you should stop using the service and close your account.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law principles that would require applying another jurisdiction’s laws. Courts in Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the service, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
